HiFyve is hiring Diesel Technicians in Genoa, NE!
Pay Range : $35 to $45 per hour Overtime
Schedule : Onsite / Day Shift Schedule
Location : Genoa, NE
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical systems across a variety of equipment
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on heavy-duty trucks, construction equipment, and industrial machinery
- Utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
- Complete engine overhauls, fuel system repairs, and transmission rebuilds with a high level of precision
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, DOT regulations, and environmental guidelines
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation using company CMMS or maintenance tracking systems
- Collaborate with fleet managers, supervisors, and operators to ensure optimal equipment performance and uptime
- Train and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance on best practices and troubleshooting techniques
- Conduct routine inspections and proactive maintenance to prevent costly breakdowns and downtime
