HiFyve is hiring a Mechanical Engineer Facilities in the high-tech semiconductor equipment manufacturing industry in Wilton, CT!
Salary : $105,000 - $130,000 bonus
Shift : Day Shift
Location : Wilton, CT (relocation assistance available)
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Design, analyze, and improve mechanical systems such as HVAC, DI water systems, chillers, boilers, and heat exchangers to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting and maintaining critical facilities infrastructure.
- Develop and refine preventative and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
- Design and optimize fluid and gas distribution systems for manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
- Lead and execute mechanical engineering projects, including expansions, upgrades, and installations.
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety standards, supporting sustainability initiatives.
- Assess system capacities, conduct risk assessments, and plan for future growth to meet operational needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of system designs, maintenance activities, and project updates.
- Monitor system performance metrics, recommending and implementing upgrades or modifications as needed.
