HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Manager in the food and beverage industry in Hummelstown PA !
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000 with a 10% bonus
Shift : Primarily Monday-Friday
Location : Hummelstown, PA (relocation assistance)
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the maintenance team, including 1 lead and 1 tech
- Ensure all plant equipment is operating efficiently, focusing on high-speed bottling and canning processes.
- Develop and execute a preventative maintenance (PM) program to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Oversee the maintenance budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Drive continuous improvement (CI) initiatives, utilizing lean manufacturing principles to enhance plant efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage projects related to boilers, wastewater, electrical / PLCs, ammonia systems, compressed air, and conveyors / pumps.
- Hire, train, and develop maintenance personnel to enhance their skills and capabilities.
