HiFyve is hiring a Plant Engineering Manager in the Food & Beverage industry in Zumbrota, MN!
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000 per year ( 15% bonus eligibility)
Shift : Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (must be available for early / late hours and some weekends as needed)
Location : Zumbrota, MN
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the plants engineering and maintenance functions, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Develop and implement reliability excellence initiatives, preventative maintenance programs, and work order systems.
- Lead capital and expense projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
- Establish and manage department budgets, controlling facility maintenance costs and identifying opportunities for efficiency.
- Oversee asset management, including equipment utilization, upgrades, maintenance, and tracking using SAP.
- Maintain compliance with all Quality Assurance, regulatory, and safety standards.
- Manage parts inventory, purchasing, and inventory control processes.
- Collaborate with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and plant reliability.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor engineering and maintenance staff, ensuring accountability and professional development.
- Serve as a key member of the plant Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) team.
