Job Duties and Responsibilities

Hire, train, and supervise entry-level production team members.
Ensure daily productivity and quality goals are met on the assigned shift.
Maintain inventory control and oversee the production flow to meet organizational standards.
Enforce company safety policies, including compliance with OSHA standards and regulations.
Cultivate and promote a safety-oriented culture within the facility.
Address production challenges and implement solutions to optimize processes.
Monitor and report on performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement.

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

Strong physical stamina to handle the demands of bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting.

Proven ability to set and prioritize goals effectively.
