Job Description Job Description HiFyve is hiring for Quality Control Technicians in multiple locations across Missouri!Pay : $24-$25 / hr (depending on experience)Annual bonus (individual performance based)Quarterly bonusesIn 2024, the lowest-paid Quality Control Technician earned over $70k total with bonuses and OTFull benefits packageEmployee Incentives (company issued)TruckGas coverageCell phoneLaptopKey Responsibilities : Perform field and laboratory testing on asphalt and related materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.Monitor production processes to maintain consistent product quality.Assist in troubleshooting and resolving quality issues as they arise.Document, analyze, and report test results in a timely manner.Collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvements and ensure adherence to standards.Ensure safety compliance while conducting on-site tests and inspections.Qualifications : Experience : 12 years of experience working with asphalt or concrete materials.Driving Record : A clean driving record is required. No DUIs and very few speeding tickets will be accepted.Technical Skills : Familiarity with field and laboratory testing processes, procedures, and equipment.Problem-Solving : Ability to identify quality issues and recommend solutions.Strong communication and organizational skills.Must possess a valid drivers license.Interested?
