Salary : $85K- $100K Annually Bonus Opportunities
Schedule : Onsite / Day Shift Schedule
Location : Dayton, OH
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Oversee 1-2 Direct Reports
- Oversee 8-10 Indirect Reports
- Validate quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes
- Measure production
- Document evidence
- Determine operational and performance qualification
- Write and update quality assurance procedures
- Maintain and improve product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance and surveillance audits
- Investigate customer complaints
