Senior Quality Control Technician

HiFyve is hiring for Senior Quality Control Technicians in multiple locations across Missouri!

  • Pay : $26-$27 / hr (depending on experience)
  • Annual Bonus : Based on individual performance
  • Quarterly Bonuses : Paid in Q2 and Q3

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform advanced field and laboratory testing on asphalt and related materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
  • Lead and monitor production processes to maintain consistent product quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex quality issues in collaboration with production teams.
  • Accurately document, analyze, and report test results, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Train and mentor junior Quality Control Technicians.
  • Ensure safety compliance while conducting on-site tests and inspections.

    • Qualifications :

  • Experience : 3-5 years of experience working with asphalt materials.
  • Driving Record : A clean driving record is required. No DUIs and very few speeding tickets will be accepted.
  • Leadership Skills : Ability to guide and support team members effectively.
  • Technical Expertise : In-depth familiarity with field and laboratory testing processes, procedures, and equipment.
  • Problem-Solving : Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Communication : Strong communication and organizational skills to liaise with production teams and stakeholders.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.

    • DURING THE SLOWER MONTHS OF THE YEAR, YOU WILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO COMMUTE DAILY TO THEIR SITES IN ONE OF THESE CITIES :
