Higdon Outdoors is a leading provider of consumer products for the outdoor enthusiast. We are seeking a collaborative, eager and people-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is located at our headquarters in Paducah, KY, and reports directly to the Customer Service Manager.
Key Responsibilities
The Customer Service team is responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our consumers. Our team is dedicated to quickly and effectively meeting our customer needs, whether it be resolving a product issue, making sure we are exceeding expectations on a sales transaction, or just listening to a customer’s story. - Interact with customers through emails, phone calls, live chats, and walk-ins
· Work with other team members to understand and solve common product problems
· Provide customer assistance related to product selection, logistical updates, and resolution of warranty claims or product issues.
- Identify underlying needs to create meaningful solutions

Extra Credit:
- Past experience working in a Customer Service role
- High School Diploma
- Outdoor products experience, particularly waterfowl hunting.

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
