Job Description
This is an entry-level position that requires the safe operation of a forklift to stock all lumber and building materials. The Yard/Warehouse Rep I receives, stocks, ships, orders, and counts inventory items while maintaining an organized work environment and adhering to established work and safety procedures.
The ideal candidate will have basic math skills, reading and writing abilities, and proficiency with or ability to learn current technologies such as Inventory Control Systems and other necessary business applications. Additionally, they will be able to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and supervisors using verbal and written skills and deal constructively with conflict and recognize potential problems.
