Stahl & Associates Insurance, a Higginbotham Partner, has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic and growing team in St. Petersburg, FL.. We are looking for a knowledgeable and motivated insurance professional who can provide exceptional service to our commercial clients, while enjoying a collaborative culture and excellent work/life balance. Join our team and be part of our story! This individual will manage all aspects of servicing a robust book of middle market commercial P&C accounts. This is a true generalist book of business, including manufacturing, construction, contractors, social services, retail, and hospitality. The ideal candidate will be experienced with processing and renewal of policies and rating and quoting new and renewal business. Must also possess excellent customer service skills to answer policy and coverage-related questions. Other duties include checking accuracy of policies, processing endorsements, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of correspondence, applications, quotes and marketing information in accordance with company workflows and procedures, and preparing proposals and issuing certificates of insurance, as needed.

Experience and Education:
- 3-5 years of Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance experience required
Licensing and Credentials:
- Active FL 2-20 Property & Casualty License required
- Professional designations, such as CIC or CRIS preferred
Systems:
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Applied Epic experience preferred, but knowledge of similar Account Management System (AMS) is acceptable
