Higginbotham, a privately held, independent insurance and financial services firm that ranks within the top 20 nationwide, has an opening for a Personal Lines Support in our Houston, TX office.
Position Summary: The Personal Lines Support Representative is responsible for assisting Personal Lines with administrative tasks.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Essential Tasks:
- Assist customers with service requests by phone and email, process policy changes, assist with billing and claims
- Provide proof of insurance
- Identify opportunities to engage with customer
- Enthusiastically engage in company culture and corporate goals
- Identify complex requests and triage to designated Account Manager or carrier
- Maintain updated customer file including policy information, correspondence, and contact information
- Support Account Manager with processing changes and other tasks in the system
- Various other clerical tasks as instructed
