Job Description:
- Oversee all aspects of multiple, new custom home projects
- Achieve the highest quality work and homeowner satisfaction through effective management of resources, trades partners and the construction process
- Supervise onsite personnel, subcontractors and vendors
- Interface with clients, inspectors, trade partners, architects and engineers
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to plans, specifications, and code requirements
- Maintain a project schedule and complete projects in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and safe jobsite at all times.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary is dependent upon your current skill level, education, and experience.
- Pay is in line with area construction management ranges but could exceed averages if appropriate for proven excellence and performance.
