This position based out of High Country Fence corporate office in Pueblo, Colorado will work within the following key function areas : Project Organization, Material Procurement, Contracts and Billing, as well as the Day-to-Day Operations. High Country Fence provides a variety of fence construction to commercial, agricultural, and residential clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES :
- Communication with clients, director, field operations & manager, field operations for scheduling etc. Will serve as the main point of contact for project correspondence.
- Project scheduling : ensure utility locates, insurance certificates and bonds, material and deliveries are all ordered or coordinated and complete.
- Reviewing, submitting, and tracking project related documents for all aspects of the project Including :
Shop drawings

COMPENSATION : $82,000 - $110,000
