What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Front Office Agent position at High Country Guest Ranch?
High Country Guest Ranch is looking for our 2025 Front Desk Representatives! We are looking to fill part-time and full-time seasonal positions for the May-October 2025 season with open availability weekdays and weekends. Shifts include morning/daytime into the evenings. We are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication skills with guests and fellow staff. This positions requires someone who is able to efficiently manage their time; as there are many tasks to be completed in a daily shift. Experience in guest services is preferred.
Requirements:
· Personable phone skills
· Organizational skills
· Answering phones and assisting customers
· Scheduling horse trail rides online and over the phone
· Booking cabin reservations
Starting Pay: $14/hour
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
