As a Night Auditor , you’ll balance the day’s transactions, provide top-notch guest service, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment overnight. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently while making a meaningful impact on the guest experience.
Essential Functions :
Guest Services & Front Desk Operations
- Welcome late-night arrivals and assist with check-ins / check-outs.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and services.
- Address and resolve guest issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
- Monitor all communication channels and respond in real time.

Qualifications :
Education : High School Graduate or equivalent required; college education preferred but not required.
Certificates or Licenses : N / A
Experience : A minimum of one year front desk / night audit or customer service experience
