This client is a well established company, over 30 years in business, with a deep rooted hardware device serving one of the largest sectors in the US. The team you would work on runs an AWS cloud based software application tied to the data coming out of the hardware product. This company boasts strong revenue, a stable work environment, employees who rave about how much they love the culture, and as such employees who have a strong track record of staying at the company for a very long time. They offer excellent work life balance and a small, fun team, folks dedicated to autonomy, individual empowerment, and product excellence.
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU :
The person hired for this role will bring a strong background as a full stack developer, specifically working with Javascript (Node React) and AWS / AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK) . If hired, you will have strong ownership over your features, product and domain, with guidance and support from a smart, supportive team, when needed.
REQUIREMENTS :
My client is looking for folks who bring the following to the table :
- 5 years of experience for working with Full Stack end-to-end Javascript applications
- Strong production experience (and a passion) for working specifically with Node React
- Strong production experience working with AWS infrastructure, specifically AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK).
- Strong production experience working with serverless and containerized applications.
LOCATION
Our client has an HQ in the Denver area, however their dev teams are full remote from anywhere in the US, with a slight preference for the central or eastern time zones where some of their other key players sit. That said, they are considering candidates for west coast and everywhere in-between. You will have the chance to meet your team in person 1-2 times a year.
SALARY
The target salary range for this position is $140,000 - $155,000, plus a strong benefits package.
