KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
- Prior Leadership and Real Estate Experience
- Mastery of GAAP accounting
- Experience with advanced ERP accounting software
- Strong analytical skills, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail required.
- A high degree of initiative and flexibility is required to successfully accommodate deadlines
- Ability to maintain data integrity and accuracy, and use data to identify and solve problems.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- A degree in accounting or a related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting management roles with 2 years’ experience in a leadership position
- Proficient Excel skills are strongly preferred
- Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Salary : $155,000 - $170,000
