Dump Truck Driver

Job Purpose:
- Operate Equipment in safe manner.
- Build quality projects that exceed customers expectations.
- Be part of a team that takes pride in their accomplishments.
- Complete projects anywhere from landscaping, retaining walls, hardscape and more!
- Keep projects on schedule without taking short cuts.
Job Duties:
- Drive and maintain Dump truck.
Skills/Qualifications:
- 5 years minimum
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Must have ability to think
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment
- Must enjoy work and working with others.
- Creative
- Detailed
- Hard working
- Must be able to pass drug test
- MUST BE HONEST!!!!
- Treats customers and coworkers with respect
- Efficient
- A coachable attitude and aggressive personality is far more important to us than having any previous experience. We will spend time training skills, we will not spend time training attitude.
- A self-starter.
- Experience operating heavy equipment required.
- Safety Minded.
Compensation?:
- Pay will depend on experience and work ethic. We will pay the right person well.
- We hire top producers. If you're average, you can earn $25 per hour. If you’re an overachiever, you can earn up to $35 per hour.
