Your Role as an Audiologist
As an Audiologist, you will play a vital role in providing life-changing hearing care and diagnostic services to our patients. You will have the opportunity to work closely with ENT specialists and be involved in a wide range of audiological services beyond hearing aids, including cochlear implants, bone-anchored hearing aids (Bahas), and auditory brainstem response (ABR) testing.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Hearing & Diagnostic Assessments – Conduct thorough evaluations, including pure-tone and speech audiometry, tympanometry, ABR, and vestibular testing, to assess a patient's full auditory profile.
- Collaboration with ENTs & Medical Teams – Work alongside ENT specialists to support the diagnosis and treatment of complex auditory and vestibular disorders.
- Cochlear Implants & Bahas – Assist in candidacy evaluations, programming, and ongoing management of cochlear implants and bone-anchored hearing devices.
- Personalized Treatment Solutions – Guide patients through hearing aid selection, assistive listening devices, and aural rehabilitation tailored to their specific needs.
- Patient Counseling and Support – Provide expert guidance with empathy, ensuring patients feel informed and confident in their treatment options.
- Hearing Aid Fitting and Management – Use real-ear measurements and electroacoustic analysis to optimize hearing aid performance.
- Ongoing Patient Care – Offer follow-up services, adjustments, and troubleshooting to ensure long-term hearing success.
- Professional Development – Stay up to date with the latest advancements in audiology and share knowledge with both colleagues and patients.
Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for an Audiologist who is:
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice Audiology.
- Skilled in diagnostics, including pure tone audiometry, speech-in-noise testing, tympanometry, and acoustic reflex assessments.
- Experienced (or eager to grow) in hearing aid dispensing, real-ear measurements, and patient counseling.
- Passionate about improving lives through hearing healthcare.
