Your Role as an Audiologist

As an Audiologist, you will play a vital role in providing life-changing hearing care and diagnostic services to our patients. You will have the opportunity to work closely with ENT specialists and be involved in a wide range of audiological services beyond hearing aids, including cochlear implants, bone-anchored hearing aids (Bahas), and auditory brainstem response (ABR) testing.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Hearing & Diagnostic Assessments – Conduct thorough evaluations, including pure-tone and speech audiometry, tympanometry, ABR, and vestibular testing, to assess a patient's full auditory profile.
  • Collaboration with ENTs & Medical Teams – Work alongside ENT specialists to support the diagnosis and treatment of complex auditory and vestibular disorders.
  • Cochlear Implants & Bahas – Assist in candidacy evaluations, programming, and ongoing management of cochlear implants and bone-anchored hearing devices.
  • Personalized Treatment Solutions – Guide patients through hearing aid selection, assistive listening devices, and aural rehabilitation tailored to their specific needs.
  • Patient Counseling and Support – Provide expert guidance with empathy, ensuring patients feel informed and confident in their treatment options.
  • Hearing Aid Fitting and Management – Use real-ear measurements and electroacoustic analysis to optimize hearing aid performance.
  • Ongoing Patient Care – Offer follow-up services, adjustments, and troubleshooting to ensure long-term hearing success.
  • Professional Development – Stay up to date with the latest advancements in audiology and share knowledge with both colleagues and patients.

Qualifications & Experience

We are looking for an Audiologist who is:

  • Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice Audiology.
  • Skilled in diagnostics, including pure tone audiometry, speech-in-noise testing, tympanometry, and acoustic reflex assessments.
  • Experienced (or eager to grow) in hearing aid dispensing, real-ear measurements, and patient counseling.
  • Passionate about improving lives through hearing healthcare.

What We Offer

We believe in taking care of our team members as well as our patients. Here’s what you can expect when you join us:

  • Competitive Salary & Commission Structure – Opportunities for additional earnings based on performance.
  • Generous Paid Time Off – Including vacation days, sick leave, and holidays.
  • Professional Development Support – We cover association memberships and conference attendance.
  • Fun & Supportive Work Environment – Regular team events, community engagement, and a culture of positivity.
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package – Includes medical, dental, and vision reimbursement, along with a Simple IRA featuring a company match.
