High Desert is a locally owned independent insurance agency in Bend, Oregon, specializing in property and casualty and health insurance. The agency is licensed in all of Oregon. We are a small family run insurance agency looking for a great person to help support our agency and our customers.
Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at High Desert Insurance. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing insurance policies, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. We are looking for an employee that can start work at 4 hours a day and available to work extra hours if needed.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required, some college education preferred
