Position Summary:

Operation Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to retail operations within assigned areas of dispensary locations. Operations Assistants are expected to provide top tier customer services related to the retail sale of medical cannabis to qualified patients and recreational cannabis to adult customers 21 years of age or older.

• Starting Rate of $15/hour - Increase Considered w/ Cannabis Industry Experience
• Full Time Position within Albuquerque and Bernalillo locations

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be able to pass applicable background checks
• Equivalent combination of education and experience, and/or knowledge of cannabis - or ability to obtain knowledge within ninety (90) days from date of hire
• Excellent Cash Handling Skills
• Excellent Customer Services and Communication Skills
• Scheduling Availability of 40 hours per week and ability to work varying shifts
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (unless specified medical accommodations are required)

Essential Functions:

• Adherer and enforce all laws set forth by the New Mexico Regulations and Licensing Department, Cannabis Control Division related to sale of Cannabis any other government agencies
• Customer Assistance In selection of products and merchandise
• Help customers in payment processes
• Communicate information about product availability, information and ingredients
• Maintain the outlook and reputation of the organization
• Accurate and Efficient Transaction completion via BioTrack POS System
• Attendance and assistance with community events and trade shows
• Be willing to learn and accept more responsibilities as experience level increases
• Understand and follow oral and written instructions and communicate clearly and concisely
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned

Environmental: Retail environment; exposure to computer screens.

Physical: Essential and supplemental functions may require maintaining physical condition necessary

for sitting, walking or standing for prolonged periods; moderate to heavy lifting and carrying.
