Compensation:$36,000 - $62,000 bonus yearly
Responsibilities:- Stay up-to-date on local information to effectively answer client questions about available properties and the surrounding community.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage email communications and respond promptly to client inquiries.
- Oversee the sales pipeline and track progress to achieve sales goals.
- Engage in daily role-playing exercises to improve sales skills.
- Coordinate appointments and follow up with clients in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate receptiveness to coaching and collaboration, recognizing that personal development is intrinsic to success in this role.
- Exhibit strong organizational abilities and effective time management.
- Possesses outstanding communication aptitude.
