Assistant Manager

High 5 Entertainment is a Family Entertainment Center and your one-stop shop for fun right here in Lakeway, TX! You would be a key player in a fast-paced management team and help oversee the day-to-day operations; ensuring a quality experience by all guests and staff. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the entertainment side of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as assisting with management tasks such as inventory, stocking, and orders.

This position includes work on nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Regular floor MOD shifts (Open/Float/Close)
• Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
• Manage entertainment operations and understand finances of the business
• Recruit and train new hires on proper business practices
• Drive the development of employees
• Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained at an acceptable standard
• Find ways to drive sales and boost revenue
• Provide excellent guest service

Qualifications:

• Management experience in the customer service/hospitality/amusement industry
• Strong administrative and time management skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Ability to apply critical thinking skills towards solutions for complex problems
• Must be a leader by example
• Previous experience in the entertainment and arcade industry is a plus but not required.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
