What are the responsibilities and job description for the Expo/Food Runner position at High Five Entertainment?
Duties of a Expo include but are not limited to:
- Learning our menus and ensuring all orders get presented and prepared to our standards, and out to the guests quickly & efficiently
- Memorizing table numbers and areas and carrying trays of food to the guests
- Checking in, packaging, and sending out To-Go orders (Grubhub, Doordash, etc.)
- Standard cleaning procedures throughout shift along with opening and closing duties
- Being available to servers and bartenders to assist with their service needs such as bussing, stocking, cleaning, food running, dishes etc.
- Ability to carry and lift heavy trays, buckets of ice, etc. and work on your feet for long busy hours (7-9 hour shifts with occasional weekend doubles)
- Can multitask, bring new ideas to the team, and create a positive work environment and be able to work under pressure
- This is a tipped position
