In-Home Sales Mitigation Specialist
Urgently Hiring – Allklean is hiring an In-Home Mitigation Specialist for a full-time position.
As an In-Home Mitigation Specialist, you will determine the scope of work and provide estimates to homeowners in their times of need. Our customer service team pre-screens, pre-qualifies and sets up appointments with customers for the Sales Support / Area Manager with the help of our dispatch department. This position requires no cold calling but high sales techniques to complete the “one visit close” in-home appointments.
Responsibilities :
- Meet with homeowners for in-home appointments (qualified leads are provided for you so no cold calling is needed)
- Work with homeowners to determine the scope of work and provide estimates.
- Provide solutions to homeowners in a time of need
- Execute top-notch customer service as a Sales Mitigation Specialist
- Manage remediation crews to ensure progress and compliance of job
- Monitor job status and communicate job status with customers, company management, and insurance carriers
- Ensure to respond within one hour of receiving a notice for new jobs
- Process all documentation and ensure it is completed in a timely manner

Compensation is entirely performance-based, directly tied to the individual’s sales achievements, or output. Outside of training, the Mitigation Specialist receives no fixed salary or hourly wage; Instead, their earnings are determined by the quantity and quality of services provided.
