They will assess the customers needs and wants, provide a curated list of potential products, and accurately process the sale, while providing the highest level of customer service and salesmanship. Budtenders function as an important part of a team, and will occasionally assist in other departments.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and process sales of cannabis and cannabis products
- Provide top notch customer service
- Work with customers and patients to curate a purchase based on their individual needs, while providing education on the use of those products
- Ensure compliance by adhering to company policies and best practices
- Perform inventory counts
- Complete non-sales downtime duties such as cleaning, organizing, and special projects
- Assist with community engagement
- Operate with integrity and honesty
- Ensure the safety and satisfaction of all customers and staff
- Assist in other departments within the facility
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor
