What are the responsibilities and job description for the Groundskeeper position at High Lawn Farm?
We are hiring a seasonal or year-round Groundskeeper to help keep our grounds functionally and aesthetically sound. The best candidate for this position will be someone who exhibits a positive attitude and is receptive to instruction.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Maintains lawns, landscaping, trees, shrubs, flowers, irrigation, exterior fencing, and driveways
- Operates various types of landscaping/ gardening power equipment and hand tools
- Assists with trimming, cutting, and removing trees and shrubs as needed
- Completes snow removal tasks operating snowplows, and snowblowers to clear roads, driveways, and parking lots
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Salary is commensurate with experience and willingness to learn.

REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants are required to have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs at a time and must be physically able to operate power equipment.
Although not required, preference will be given to candidates with experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping.

Pay: $21.71 - $26.15 per hour
