Essential Job Responsibilities.

· Assist our growing team in effectively and efficiently cultivating the finest medicinal and recreational cannabis.

· Plant/Transplant according to established schedule.

· Feed, Water, and treat each plant as required to maintain acceptable standards for growth and production.

· Trim/Prune plants as needed according to cultivation schedule.

· Always follow Standard Work procedures for all cultivation activities, to ensure consistent quality cannabis products.

· Using state track and trace software to track all activities and work performed in the cultivation team: including plant tagging and tracking, waste tracking, nutrient and crop inputs, harvest entry, and harvest batch tracking.

· Responsible for sanitation of equipment and production areas, preparation and maintenance of nutrient reservoirs and irrigation system.

· Assure all cannabis products are free from contamination risk at all stages; from propagation to harvest.

· Monitor plants on an ongoing basis and perform quality control checks to ensure process and product quality in line with company standards.

· Maintain a clean and tidy workspace; show a high standard of cleanliness and organization.

· Collaborate with other Cultivation Citizens in daily cultivation tasks, training, and review of process with a continuous improvement mentality.

· Employ professional and clear communication practices to maintain a positive and progressive team atmosphere.

· Identify a wide variety of conditions such as plant diseases, existence of insects, nutrient deficiencies, etc.

· Handle all company products and tools with proper care

· Understand Cleanliness and Contamination Requirements and Protocols

· Flexing into other departments when needed (i.e., Harvest, Cultivation, Production, Packaging, etc.)

· Must be available to work nights and/or weekends as required.

· Regular and reliable attendance on-site is required and an essential function of the job.

The Experience and Skills You Bring

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Education Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to pass a standard pre-employment / criminal background check.

· Must be willing to rotate into working weekend shifts of 8 weeks at a time with a work schedule of Thursday to Monday for Indoor and Friday to Tuesday for Greenhouse.

· Must be willing to rotate into working ½ days on company paid holidays.

· Regular and Reliable Attendance is Required

· Prior Cannabis experience a plus

Physical Requirements

· Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

· Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.

· Reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.

· Repetitious movements with hands, arms, and upper body

. Must be able to learn, retain, and successfully perform complex procedures.

. Must be able to attend work on-site regularly and reliably

· Standing/walking (5 miles ) for long periods of time (8 hours), heat and humidity (90 degrees) 80% humidity, lifting, bending, must be able bodied to contribute demanding physical labor.
