Job Summary

Our dispensaries provide a wide variety of high-quality cannabis products while delivering exceptional customer service to our retail guests.
Duties
- Deliver orders to customers efficiently and promptly.
- Adhere to scheduled shifts and comply with the company's attendance policy.
- Follow all delivery safety and CRA (Cannabis Regulatory Agency) rules and policies.
- Communicate effectively and promptly when issues arise during deliveries.
- Verify correct cash amounts during transactions.
- Review orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness, accuracy of charges, and customer satisfaction.
- Understand curbside operations and assist when needed.
- Verify customer information upon delivery in accordance with CRA rules and regulations.
- Escalate customer issues to upper management when appropriate.
- Maintain a positive and caring attitude, treating both customers and co-workers with respect.
- Assist when short-staffed and be willing to be cross-trained in various roles.
- Integrate company policies and procedures into daily tasks and interactions.
- Listen and respond to the needs and requests of customers and coworkers promptly and appropriately.
- Manage documentation related to medical cannabis delivery, ensuring proper records are kept and manifests are returned complete and ready for filing.
- Be prepared for prolonged driving and frequent walking back and forth.
- Engage in regular contact with patients and staff.
- Be flexible with working hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional events.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to state and CRA compliance rules and regulations.
- A minimum of one year of customer service experience in a retail or sales.
- Knowledge of cannabis strains and their applications.
- The ability to handle fast-paced situations and multitask effectively.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Successful completion of a motor vehicle records (MVR) background check.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- A high school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate is required.
- Must pass a background check.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting, driving and walking.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
