What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Merchandising Associate position at High Life LLC?
The Site Merchandising Associate will help grow and support pureplay, mass-market, and direct-to-consumer channel’s online product assortments. This role involves managing site operations and implementing digital strategies, driving site traffic and optimizing consumer experience. They will work with cross-functional partners to ensure we have product visibility, data accuracy, and compelling content across each eCommerce site.
Responsibilities:
Product Merchandising
- Assist in curating and managing the upload of product content, including product descriptions, images, and other relevant content
- Maintain accuracy, integrity, and quality of onsite content and photography
- Deploy and maintain review seeding and syndication for key product priorities
- Create engaging digital storytelling around key product priorities
Site Optimization
- Perform regular site audits to ensure product content and information is accurate and up-to-date
- Monitor content quality scores to identify opportunities to ensure we are exceeding retailer and consumer expectations
- Implement product placements on brand stores and category pages, highlighting featured products seasonal collections
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Synthesize and report out on content and traffic KPI’s (page views, conversion, reviews)
- Track and analyze customer behavior across search, browse, and the purchase funnel to identify opportunities for improvement of customer journey
- Monitor sales performance and identify trends to optimize product placement
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and design, to align merchandising strategies with brand initiatives
- Partner with content services team to forecast and prioritize digital asset needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in eCommerce merchandising or related role
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Knowledge of SAP, Vendor/Seller Central or Partners Online a plus but not required
- Motivated self-starter, creative solution oriented, organized, process-driven, with high attention to detail
Annual salary range starting at $70,000
