What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Site Supervisor position at High Mesa Protection Services?
Site Supervisors are the lifeblood of the leadership team. Site Supervisors are responsible for the management and oversight of Security Officers assigned to their particular site. Site Supervisors report directly to their assigned Regional Manager. In the event a Regional Manager is not assigned, Site Supervisors report to the Division Manager. In the absence of a Division Manager, Site Supervisors report to the Executive Manager.
Site Supervisors play an integral role within the leadership team as they will oftentimes manage multiple personnel as well as interact with the site client. The expectations of Site Supervisors are to uphold and enforce company standards and policy, maintain positive relations with the client and manage the growth and development of their team members.
Below is a list of the expectations and responsibilities of Site Supervisors.
- Manage site scheduling in all aspects.
- Develop team members (counseling sessions, team level training, ).
- Effectively communicate with the team on a regular basis (daily, with the exceptions of days off).
- Effectively communicate with higher leadership.
- Complete required reports and tasks as designated by higher level management in a timely manner determined by the higher level management.
- Ensure the proper development and training of new personnel assigned to the designated site.
- Maintain adequate communication with the site client and provide reasonable accommodations and services per their request.
- Develop, monitor and manage team member performance.
- Any other operational or business related task/s specific to the site, that are designated by a higher level management member within the direct chain of command of the Site Supervisor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.50 - $25.50 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 48 per week
