This is an exciting opportunity to inspire athletes of all ages, from teens to adults, while playing a key role in building a stronger, healthier community.Role 1: Youth Strength & Conditioning Coach & Program DirectorAre you passionate about inspiring the next generation through fitness? Our Teens Program is thriving, and we’re preparing for exciting expansion in 2025. We need a dedicated director to lead, grow, and champion this program.Responsibilities:
- Lead CrossFit Teens Classes (ages 12-17)
- Develop and adjust age-appropriate programming
- Foster relationships with parents and youth athletes
- Organize events and team-building activities for teens
- Build a strong, supportive youth fitness community
Role 2: CrossFit Group Coach & Personal TrainerAs a Group Coach, you’ll lead dynamic CrossFit classes, guiding athletes of all skill levels with expert coaching and care. As a Personal Trainer, you’ll work one-on-one with clients to help them reach their specific fitness goals.Responsibilities:
- Coach group CrossFit classes with energy and expertise
- Provide personal training sessions tailored to individual goals
- Conduct goal-setting and client success strategy sessions
- Build lasting relationships with your member roster
- Assist with community events and gym initiatives

Qualifications:
- Preferred Experience: 1 years of personal training or group coaching experience (not required)
- Preferred Certifications: CrossFit Level 1 or Level 2 (not required)
- No certification yet? No problem! Intern under our Level 2 coaches and earn your certification within 3 months of starting (we’ll show you how to get it).
