Job Responsibilities:
- shift management
- ensuring excellent customer experience
- maintaining a safe work environment for staff
- key holder responsibilities
- inventory logging
- assisting in booking and executing large parties and special events
- ability to execute FOH positions and operations - training specifically in host and expo
- responsible and accurate cash handling
- opening, closing, and shift change procedures
Job Requirements:
- greet guests and handle customer relations
- proficient on Toast POS (online and in person training available)
- answer phones and take messages accurately
- communicate with wait staff and kitchen
- share knowledge of business and menu
- use iPad based reservation and seating system
- responsible and courteous service recovery
- commitment to an exceptional guest experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
