Window Tint Installer

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Tinter to join our team at a high volume Llumar Films Select Pro Shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in window tinting and a passion for providing high-quality service. As a Window Tinter, you will be responsible for applying window films to vehicles, homes, buildings, marine and agricultural machines ensuring precision and quality in every installation. Your mechanical knowledge and experience with power and hand tools will be essential in this role.

Duties

• Install window tinting films on various types of applications with precision and attention to detail.
• Utilize tools effectively to prepare surfaces and apply films.
• Assess vehicle windows for proper fitment and make necessary adjustments during installation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns regarding the tinting process.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in window tinting to enhance skills and service offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in window film applications is preferred.
• Familiarity with auto glass installation and auto estimating processes is a plus.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to assemble components as needed during the tinting process.
• Previous experience working in a dealership setting is advantageous but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $37.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
