Who we are looking for:
High Octane Distribution is seeking a driven sales professional, motivated to learn, and ready to kickstart their career. The ideal candidate will be a proactive sales leader with a positive attitude, skilled in building relationships and determined to succeed in sales. We’re looking for someone eager to dive in and help us reach our ambitious goals. This role will cover an established sales territory focusing on independent garages and new car dealerships. The role will cover the following counties: Tioga, Lycoming, Clinton, Union, Snyder, Mifflin, Juniata and Huntingdon.
Our Expectations:
- Identify and cultivate new business relationships while enhancing connections with existing clients.
- Present, promote, and sell our products and services using effective strategies and information to both current and prospective clients.
- Proactively reach out to client leads through cold calling.
- Meet with clients to discuss their concerns and opportunities, providing effective solutions.
- Demonstrate consistent sales performance by meeting company objectives.
- Regularly forecast and report on incoming business activity.
- Stay informed about new products and applications within the industry to better support our company and customers.
- Coordinate client visits and arrange product demonstrations as needed.
- Create and deliver sales presentations and general information sessions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any issues or needs.
- Take accountability for the financial performance within your portfolio.
- Collaborate with team members, management, and other departments as necessary.

Qualifications
Skills you will Need:
- 1-3 years of sales experience preferred, but not required
- Curious nature and the willingness to be coached for improvement
- Self-motivation to improve your career and financial goals
- Must have a strong initiative and competitive nature
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Microsoft Teams is a plus
- Excellent client service skills
- Attention to detail
