About the Position
We are searching for an enthusiastic, organized, and dynamic Office Assistant who’s eager to dive in and support our passionate HPA team. You’ll be at the heart of HPA’s operations, working directly with the Director of People and providing critical support to multiple departments, including the C-Suite, HR, Growth/Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and Operations.
This is a full-time, hourly role where every day will bring something new. From greeting visitors with a friendly smile to helping keep our headquarters energized and organized, you’ll be the glue that keeps things running smoothly. You’ll need to be adaptable, proactive, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
What You’ll Do
As our Office Administrative Assistant, you’ll play an essential role in making sure our daily operations flow seamlessly. Your day-to-day tasks will vary, but here’s a sneak peek at some of the exciting challenges you’ll take on:
️ Office Operations
- Welcome Visitors with Energy & Enthusiasm: Be the first friendly face our guests and staff meet, creating a welcoming, positive environment.
- Maintain an Organized, Inviting Office Space: Keep the reception area and office organized, neat, and stocked with everything our team needs to succeed.
- Provide Stellar Administrative Support: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, direct inquiries, prepare reports, and assist in organizing meetings—no task is too big or small!
- Master of Supplies: Keep track of office supplies and ensure everything is ready for the team’s success.
- Be the Tech Guru: Assist with basic office technology setup and troubleshooting, ensuring everyone is set up for success.
- Handle Mail & Deliveries: Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, making sure everything reaches its destination quickly and efficiently.
- Coordinate Meetings & Events: Help organize meeting rooms, coordinate catering, and support in the execution of exciting team events and company initiatives.
- Prepare Documents: Assist with drafting, proofreading, and organizing documents, ensuring that everything is polished and professional.
- Support Facilities Management: Help maintain the office space by coordinating with vendors and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Team & Leadership Support
- ️ Support Executive Teams: Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination across departments.
- Help Organize Events: Contribute to planning and executing both internal and community events that inspire and connect us as a team.
- Assist with Accounting Tasks: Help with credit card reconciliation, purchase orders, and other essential financial tasks.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $18-$22 per hour based on experience.
