Responsibilities
Responsibilities: Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor the sales process Making outbound calls, communicating via email, and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction
Qualifications
Qualifications: Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and a goal-oriented personality Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate, or related experience is highly desired Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
