We are looking for a friendly, fun and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our team in Flagler.

The Day to Day
Each day you'll focus on problem-solving with customers while helping them confidently use our digital tools. You'll connect through in-person visits, phone calls, and secure chat. Your daily tasks will include processing transactions, managing digital documents, handling account servicing, and assisting with wires, stop payments, and disputes. You'll be a trusted point of contact for our customers, readily providing assistance, solutions, and coaching to help them along their financial path.

What You Bring to High Plains Bank
Experience and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred experience in cash handling
- Ability to multitask efficiently
Essential Skills and Knowledge
- Effective communication skills

- Experience in banking or customer support
Responsibilities of the Position
Key Accountabilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support by building relationships and empowering customers
- Efficiently process customer transactions with accuracy
- Practice effective communication across all channels
- Problem-solve and collaborate with team members
- Adhere to bank policies and regulations, including fraud prevention
Other Responsibilities
- Assist customers with account-related inquiries and issues
- Handle cash and process teller transactions
- Manage debit card maintenance and digital documents
- Account opening, closing and maintenance
- Guide customers through digital platform enrollment and provide information on our digital products
- Answer phones
- Assist with wires, stop payments and disputes

Target compensation range
- $17.00-$22.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications - other factors may be considered

- Prolonged periods of standing and working on a computer
