We’re looking for an enthusiastic Branch Office Support Staff to join our team and be the friendly face of our organization.

- Completed the 12th grade or its equivalent, OR
- One year of experience performing similar duties
- Skills in modern office practices and procedures
- A love for technology (computers, software applications, printers, scanners, telephones—you name it!)

Your Role:
As the Branch Office Support Staff, you’ll be the glue that holds our office together! You’ll juggle schedules, greet patients, and support our office team in various administrative tasks. Your day will never be dull as you’ll be handling everything from maintaining patient records to answering calls and managing office supplies.
Hours:
Monday: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday - Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

- Welcoming Face of the Office: You’ll greet patients, families, and the general public with a smile and a positive attitude.
- Master of Schedules: Help manage and coordinate appointments, handle rescheduling, cancellations, and make sure everyone is where they need to be, on time.
- Tech Guru: Input data, update electronic records, and ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Financial Wizard: Handle petty cash, bank deposits, and keep track of inventory.
- Multi-Tasker Extraordinaire: From handling incoming and outgoing mail to managing records, and assisting with patient processes, you’ll be the go-to for keeping things in order.
- Team Player: You’ll build strong relationships with your colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
