What You’ll Do:
- Provide psychotherapy and counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups, adhering to service hour expectations.
- Perform collaboration and care management for assigned patients.
- Provide intake assessments, crisis services, and telehealth services for patients in need.
- Complete timely clinical documentation and reports in accordance with Center policies.
- Offer support to the Prevention, Education, and Outreach (PEO) Program as needed.
- Participate in individual and group supervision sessions, contributing to your professional growth.
- Work with a diverse population, including providing Substance Abuse Disorder services (if certified/licensed).
- Provide in-person services in Oberlin at least one day per week and travel to multiple office locations (Center vehicle provided).

Schedule:
- M-F; 8am-5pm

Requirements
- Masters or doctoral degree with Kansas BSRB license as a: (1) Licensed Psychologist or Licensed Master Level Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist; or (2) Licensed Master Social Worker (clinical track) or Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker; or (3) Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with Mental Health Training track or equivalent mental health experience; or (4) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist.
- Demonstrated competence by training and/or experience to perform job duties.
- Must demonstrate competency in the use of technology including computers, various software applications, printers, scanners, telephones, etc.
- Must also demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement, to include understanding and application of technology (hardware, software, equipment and processes).
