What are the responsibilities and job description for the Group Fitness / Yoga Instructor - Evening Classes position at High Point Country Club?
Required:
- Current Group Fitness and/or Personal Training Certification
- Current CPR
- 1 Year Group Fitness and/or Group Training Experience
Responsibilities:
-Conduct fitness classes in various disciplines such as Yoga, Pilates, Boot Camp Strength Training, Cycle, TRX
- Develop and implement effective fitness classes tailored to individual needs and goals
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure safety during workouts
- Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment
Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience in various fitness disciplines such Yoga, Pilates, Boot Camp Strength Training, Cycle, TRX
- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate clients
- Ability to adapt workouts to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and create a positive workout environment
- Sports coaching experience is a plus
