Special Requirements : FLU vaccine, EPIC, NO recent Atrium employees (PRN and internal temp included) within the past year and no recent return travelers that ever lived local
Ratios : MS / Tele - 5-6 : 1

Required to be sent with file. NC DL must list address greater than 50 miles from facility.
Driver’s license must match the state of an RN’s compact licensure. Alternate proof of residency will not be accepted.
