What are the responsibilities and job description for the ASSET MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE position at High Point Property Management LLC?
Under general direction, assist Asset Management team, overseeing and coordinating all property management, maintenance, and construction activities for a portfolio of properties, as well as providing executive and clerical support on an as-needed basis. The responsibilities include a variety of administrative tasks relating to the management, leasing, and operation of the company's commercial properties.
Assist with:
- Tenant relations
- Composing tenant correspondence
- Tenant and vendor customer service
- Preparation of accurate tenant billings
- Collection of tenant rents
- Coordinating tenant move-in and move-outs and walk-through spaces with tenants and tenant improvement department
- Preparing and delivering timely, accurate and complete reports
- Producing research data on budget line items or entering budget data provided by manager into budget reports
- Gather and confirm preliminary data for account receivable aging reports
- Answer inquiries regarding property issues
- Greet callers in a professional and timely manner
- Place follow-up calls or emails promptly to tenants
Requirements:
- Knowledge of financial terms and principles
- Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts and/or commissions
- Conduct basic financial analysis
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Yardi experience a plus
