Business Office Manager
Job description:
The Business Office Manager reports directly to the Executive Director and will have full Business Office role and responsibility, including, but not limited to:
- Accounts Receivable Review and Collections
- Point Click Care (PCC) Experience good to have.
- Financial Approval of New admissions/Move-ins
- Medicaid applications/Medicaid redeterminations
- Payroll reporting and On-boarding of new hires.
- Candidate must have Illinois Medicaid knowledge.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Ideal candidate with prior tax credit experience highly considered.
Experience:
- Business Office in LTC setting (SNF or SLF) 2 years.
Work Location: One location
