About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at High Point Residence in Quincy. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized living environment for our residents. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be crucial in ensuring that our residents feel comfortable and at home. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a senior living community

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize resident apartments and common areas on a daily basis
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need to be replenished
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately
• Assist with laundry services as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their families

Skills:

As a Housekeeper, you will utilize your attention to detail and time management skills to ensure that our residents' living spaces are clean and comfortable.
