Clinical Supervisor / Clinician
Program / Location : Outpatient (OP) / Plymouth
Education / Licensure : Master's Degree and Independent Licensure Required (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT preferred; LADC1 accepted)
Applicant must be independently licensed, have at least 5 years of behavioral health counseling experience and 3 years of clinical supervisory experience.
Salary : $77K-100K (education & experience dependent)

Status : Full Time
Shift : Schedule to include two shifts that are either weekend (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) or evening (12 p.m. to 8 p.m.) and can be one of each

Clinical Director Duties & Responsibilities
Support program clinical director in the development and implementation of goals and objectives for the CBHC program to meet performance specificationsCollaboration with the Program Clinical Director to ensure compliance with all leadership functions of the CBHC, including clinical and administrative oversight, and patient (member) quality of care activities.Implement and review policies and procedure on a regular basisMonitoring of adequacy and appropriateness of patient (member) careDevelopment of in-service training for staff in collaboration with training coordinatorsEstablishment of quality management program in collaboration with Clinical Program Director, and Director of CQI and quality team.Ensure that clinical activities are carried out in accordance with HPTC's written plans for quality assurance, utilization review / management and staff growth and developmentProvide supervision to program staff and maintain supervisory notesProvide direct services to patients, which will include but not limited to evaluations of patients, individual, group and / or family counseling, crisis management, and aftercare planning.Participate on assigned committees and prepare reports as neededCoordinate with other departments / facilities to enhance and ensure quality careParticipate in budget development and monthly review processRoutinely review patient charts (open and closed) to ensure that the structure and substance are in accordance with licensing and accreditations standardsAdvertising, interviewing, hiring and training of all new clinical and support staffParticipate in RFR processes to maintain current programing and development new programmingPreparation of reports and correspondence in response to licensing and accreditation boardsCollaborate and participate in meetings with other community organizations to enhance communication and service delivery within the communityProvide on- going clinical and daily administration of the Outpatient Program to ensure quality careInsures confidentiality according to 42 CFR part 2 and HIPAA regulationsOther duties as assigned by the Clinical Program Director, CBHC Site Director and / or COO.Clinical Supervisor Qualifications
Independently licensed Behavioral Health Clinician, including : LICSW / LMHC / LMFTMaster / Doctoral degree in Human Services related field such as psychology or social work.Minimum of three (3) years of clinical supervisory experience and five (5) years of behavioral health counseling experience.Some experience with youth communities a plus.Clinical Director Requirements
