In-Home Therapist Requirements
In-Home Therapy is a structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic relationship between a license-eligible clinician, the youth (under age 21) diagnosed with a Severe Emotional Disturbance (SED), and family. Interventions are designed to enhance and improve the family's capacity to improve the youth's functioning in the home and community and may prevent the need for the youth's admission to an inpatient hospital, psychiatric residential treatment facility or other treatment setting.

Working Conditions / Occupational Exposure
In-Home Therapy requires flexibility in work schedules to accommodate the needs of youth and families in the community. This may include working into the early evening and / or on weekends. This position requires travel to the youth, so the candidate must possess a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record (to be determined by HR), and access to a reliable vehicle. The candidate will primarily be delivering services from the community, and will have appropriate technology provided by the company to do so. Some clients may be psychiatrically or behaviorally challenging at times, though there will always be a supervisor on-call to assist with concerns that arise.
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
