Education / Licensure : Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
Salary : $70,720 - $93, 000 (Experience & education dependent)
Status : Full time
Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-4 : 30pm, flexible

Requirements
Must present as courteous and professional at all timesDemonstrated flexibility and ability to perform multiple tasksMust have excellent communication skills, including the ability to organize ideas in logical and clear fashionMust have the ability to work with others in cooperative and collaborative mannerTB screeningCertification in the HPTC approved de-escalation programStrong and effective verbal, written and organizational skillsKnowledge of basic computer skills and software programs including the ability to learn, use and train HPTC`s electronic medical recordsKnowledge of major clinical therapeutic models and behavioral health best practiceAn understanding of the relationship between substance abuse and mental health issues and / or self help programs for adultsBe familiar with relevant professional codes of ethics, patient's rights documents, and laws and regulations that govern both counseling and clinical supervision practicesAbility to provide leadership and program development within an inpatient settingKnowledge of major clinical therapeutic models and behavioral health best practiceStrong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and implement goals and objectives for the programImplement and review policies and procedure on a regular basisEnsure that clinical activities are carried out in accordance with HPTC's written plans for quality assurance, utilization review / management and staff growth and developmentProvide supervision to program staff and maintain supervisory notesProvide direct services to clients, which will include but not limited to evaluations of clients; Individual, group and / or family counseling, crisis management, and aftercare planning. Productivity expectations will be determined based on the number of direct superviseesParticipate on assigned committees and prepare reports as neededCoordinate with other departments / facilities to enhance and ensure quality careParticipate in budget development and monthly review processRoutinely review client charts (open and closed) to ensure that the structure and substance are in accordance with licensing and accreditations standardsAdvertising, interviewing, hiring and training of all new clinical and support staffPreparation of reports and correspondence in response to licensing and accreditation boardsProvide on- going clinical and daily administration of the Program to ensure quality careOther duties as assigned by the Clinical Director or Site DirectorQualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred1-2 years of supervisory or relevant experience preferred
