Education / Licensure : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Pay Rate : Starting at $60,320 (Education & experience dependent)
Status : Full Time
Shift : Monday-Friday 8am-4 : 30pm
Travel required & includes mileage reimbursement

About Us
High Point & Affiliated Organizations is a health and human service agency whose mission is to treat and prevent substance use disorders and mental illness. High Point has programs located throughout Southeastern Massachusetts offering a full continuum of care for substance use and mental health treatment, including inpatient, outpatient, residential, and community-based services. Quality Assurance Auditor Requirements :
Presents as courteous and professional at all times.Possesses excellent written, verbal communication skills, including the ability to organize ideas in a logical and clear fashion.Strong analytical abilities with exceptional attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving.Demonstrates strong organization and time management skills.Works with others in a cooperative and collaborative manner.Demonstrates an understanding of the relationship between substance use and mental health issues.Complies with Federal Regulations, 42 CFR Part 2, Confidentiality of Substance Use Disorder Policy and HIPAA Regulations.Quality Assurance Auditor Responsibilities :
Conduct Compliance Audits : Plan and execute compliance audits across departments to assess adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.Quality Control Assessments : Review and analyze departmental processes for quality assurance, identifying opportunities for improved controls and greater efficiency.Risk Identification and Mitigation : Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within each department, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions to mitigate risks.Policy and Process Review : Examine existing policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure they align with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards; recommend updates as necessary.Collaborate with Departments : Work closely with department heads and teams to understand operational processes, share audit findings, and jointly develop action plans for improvement.Report Preparation : Draft detailed audit reports summarizing findings, analysis, and recommendations; present findings to management and key stakeholders.Conduct follow-up assessments to verify implementation of corrective actions and continued compliance with standards.Quality Assurance Auditor Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing, compliance, or a related field, preferably within a corporate, or healthcare environment.Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications requiredProficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data analysis tools (Airtable, PowerBI, Tableau etc).
